Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Barrie (Barrie, Canada)

The hotel is well-located according to guests because it is situated just right off the highway but quieter than those hotels beside the highway. The area is easy to get to and there are convenience store and cafes nearby.

Previous guests enjoyed the small pool and hot tub on-site. These were just a few of the amenities included in the room rates. The tub and pool was deep enough and the water pressure was good. Thus, guests had a great time unwinding here after a tiring day.

Rooms were well-appointed and comfortable according to previous guests. They specifically liked how spacious the rooms were with cosy beds that had comfy duvets and pillows. Moreover, they also admired the updated bathrooms that had big shower with three pumps for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Walls seemed to be too thin because guests complained that they were disturbed by the noise coming from the adjacent rooms. The noise was too loud that guests said they can hear everything. Furthermore, they can hear people talking loudly in the hallways and every single footstep from the upper floors.

Guests complained about the policy regarding breakfast hours. According to them, it was too short because they normally stop serving breakfast as early as 9:00 A.M. This was inconvenient especially to those guests who were late risers. They suggested that hotel should either extend breakfast until 11:00 A.M or set up a bigger room to accommodate everyone for breakfast.

Previous guests were annoyed that the advertised free Wi-Fi was not working throughout their stay. They expressed that they had to connect to their mobile data just to access the Internet.
