Positive Reviews
positive:
Location is in a vibrant neighborhood
Little Italy, the neighborhood the hotel is in, is known for many good restaurants, micro breweries and boutiques. Guests enjoyed the location for being in walking distance to many establishments and attractions and being in a safe neighborhood. The trolley station is not far from the hotel either if you prefer to use public transportation.
positive:
Staff makes all the difference
Guests rave about the staff at this place. Friendly and helpful, they can help you with directions and recommendations, go above and beyond to fulfill guest requests and overall have a great attitude.
positive:
Rooms are excellent
Many guests loved the rooms and their individual design. The beds have been described as comfortable and the cleanliness of the place and the rooms has been remarkable. Being a boutique hotel, the design is also unique in the hotel common rooms, making a stay here feel different from one of the big chain hotels. Even guests who had rooms with shared bathrooms were very happy.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking is a bit difficult
The hotel does not provide parking and guests have to park on the street. Though the staff will guide you to find a spot, it can get hard to find something in immediate vicinity if you are there at a busy time.
negative:
Front rooms get some street noise
Some guests remarked that the rooms that face the front might be a bit more noisy than rooms that go out to the back. If that is an issue for you request one of the rooms further back.
negative:
Small breakfast corner
The breakfast room is a bit small, and if the hotel is fully booked it might take a moment to find a table to sit. Most guests found that the breakfast offered was worth a little waiting though.
