The mall can be found directly behind the hotel and guests found a wide variety of excellent shops including unique gift shops, and best of all an array of restaurants, from casual eateries to fine dining, all under one roof.
The high water pressure enabled visitors to enjoy a great shower, and you will be pleased to know that guests did not experience any sudden variance in the temperature either. You can choose if you want a hot or cool shower. At least you know the temperature will be constant throughout.
Whether you arrive late at night, or way before check-in, the staff at this hotel will be waiting to welcome you with warm greetings. Those guests who arrived during a shift change even received an apology for the slight delay getting them settled in.
Several visitors found this hotel to be a bit on the dated side. Guests felt the decor was lacking some colour, and fixtures and fittings were looking a little drab. The public areas looked like they could do with some dusting, and even bathrooms had that old-fashioned look.
