Positive Reviews
positive:
Heavenly Housekeeping
Swathes of comments attest to the impeccable standards of cleanliness attained throughout this facility, with more than one claiming the rooms to be amongst the cleanest experienced in world travel. Housekeepers work equally hard to ensure that common areas are constantly looking and smelling like new.
positive:
Top-Quality Quarters
Designed with your upmost comfort in mind, guestrooms feature every contemporary convenience and more. Breath-taking beds make for an amazing night's rest. Spacious bathrooms are borderline palatial, with stunningly-tiled walk-in showers that feature modern fixtures, high-pressure water jets and an array of high-end products.
positive:
Magnificent Mornings
Perpetual praise is heaped upon the breakfast buffet and the staff that operate it. While not as extensive as some other hotels, guests acknowledge that the buffet options are fresh, tasty and abundant enough to satisfy most appetites. The ‘breakfast-on-the-go' option is hugely popular with business travellers.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Prevailing Parking Problems
According to criticisms, the parking lot is small, frequently full and chargeable. For twice the price, a valet is on hand to park your car (in the same spaces). When this car park fills, access is granted to an isolated garage a few blocks away, annoying some guests.
negative:
Tiny Troubles
Critical comments about this hotel are extremely scarce. For some guests, the ultra-contemporary style of the new-build is a little characterless, while others bemoan the noise from the busy street below. Such incidences, however, are rare and in no way detract from the excellence enjoyed by most.
