Visitors to the Research Triangle Park loved the location of this property as it put them within easy reach of associated businesses, research sites and industrial areas. The direct access to State Route 54 and proximity of Interstate 40 made it quick and easy for drivers to get to downtown Durham plus neighbouring Raleigh, area attractions, universities, shopping malls and the airport. It also appealed that there were bus stops, filling stations and lots of places to eat in the surrounding area. The free parking was another bonus.
