Many guests comment that the cheerful and personable pair of chefs running the made-to-order breakfast grill are easily the highlight of the morning buffet, and they are even happy to wait in line for their creations. Guests are generally pleased with the rest of the buffet items, and the evening manager's reception is also very much appreciated.

Ready for refurbishment..
The hotel is older, and guests generally agree that the rooms are not aging gracefully. Worn, dated furnishings and decor, an "old" or "musty" smell, and assorted maintenance issues are increasingly reported by recent guests. However, an interior renovation is planned for the fall of 2015.

Though, with some notable exceptions, most guests are pleased with the overall level of cleanliness in their rooms, several reviewers note that the staff is having a harder time maintaining the atrium and pool areas during their "prime times".
