Hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic)

Most guests of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo have loved its location. Although the hotel isn't in Zona Colonial, it is close to numerous restaurant and attractions, which is something that guests appreciated. Guests also liked being able to spend the day at the beach, which is just a few miles away.

Many guests have raved about the staff at this property, saying that they are extremely professional and always very friendly. Guests felt as though all of their concerns were addressed while staying at the hotel and this added a great deal of value to their stays as a whole.

The suites at this hotel are very large and are packed with luxurious furnishings and amenities. Guests have been blown away when they first set foot in these suites, as they are well maintained and beautifully appointed.

Past guests have said that the breakfast provided by the Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo is only OK and some additional variety would help. Others have mentioned that there isn't enough staff in the breakfast area to keep things running smoothly.

Guests have been disturbed by the fact that you have to pay a fee whenever you have a guest in your hotel room. These guests did not realize that they would be charged for visitors, even if they aren't spending the night at the hotel.

There have been some complaints about the water temperature in the pool, as guests have found it too cold and, therefore, not enjoyable.
