Negative Reviews
negative:
There's no free Wi-Fi.
Unless you have a special membership with this hotel chain, you'll have to pay to use the Wi-Fi, to the annoyance of some guests. Charges can add up if you need to be online a lot, so you may find yourself paying more than you think for your stay, or having to go elsewhere in search of free Wi-Fi. .
negative:
The elevators can be slow.
Rooms are spread over 8 floors, and when it is at full capacity, guests say that the elevators struggle to cope with demand. They're not very big, or speedy, so you may have to wait a while, particularly if you're on one of the higher levels and the stairs aren't an attractive option. .
negative:
A lack of bedding and towels.
Numerous guests have complained that bedding isn't always provided for the sofa bed, so they have to call down to request it, and then it can take ages to come. Similar issues have been found with not enough towels being supplied, which can be irritating.
