The price remains reasonable with regard to the services offered to the guests. The rates are reasonably priced and acceptable considering the hotel's location.

The staff members go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are very courteous and helpful. They seem to enjoy doing their job and this positivity makes for a pleasant stay at the guesthouse.

The apartments are extremely well maintained and spacious. The rooms are very clean and the beds are luxurious and very comfortable. Majority of guests felt that the kitchenettes were well equipped and roomy enough to make self-catering during your stay a rather enjoyable experience.

The air conditioning appears to be faulty in some rooms. Guests have complained that at times the room becomes unbearably hot and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't seem to make any difference as it seems to just blow hot air unless it is turned off completely, which still does not resolve the matter of the room being hot.

A few guests have complained about the heavy stench of urine emanating from some of the bathrooms. The smell seemed to be a constant factor in those rooms regardless of how many times they flushed the toilet.

A number of guests complained about the Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel. Some thought it was too slow while others were not able to connect to the signal at all. Those attempting to stream videos online were sorely disappointed as this was almost impossible especially at night when the number of users increases.
