This property primarily caters to those who want a quick stay in Perth and have to fly the next day to the nearby airport. Room rates are affordable for travellers, and the proximity to the highway is very much appreciated by previous guests.

Staff members are extra helpful and polite to guests. They are always around in case the occupants needed assistance with something, and they are also knowledgeable on the local area. Moreover, they were able to provide directions and great recommendations about various attraction nearby.

Most guests stated that the rooms can be noisy especially when the other guests close their rooms. In addition, they also complained that they were able to hear conversations of people on the hallways due to the rooms' ineffective soundproofing system.

Among the issues with the toilet was that it constantly leaked and that it looked like as if it needed a good scrubbing. Other guests also expressed their disappointment when the bathroom becomes flooded with water when they shower because the drain was very slow to absorb water.
