Good central location
The hotel’s position, just outside the very heart of Fredericksburg, was one of the things guests most appreciated during their stay. They mentioned that it was an easy walk into the heart of the city, where they could visit all the attractions and of course had a choice of restaurants, shops and other amenities as well.

Terrific owners and staff
Guests had nothing but good things to say about both the owners, a couple who also act as the hotel’s managers, and the staff in general. They really liked the fact that the owners were very hands on, and guests seemed to feel that this resulted in good professional service from all the staff, who were said to be friendly and helpful.

In-room microwave and fridge

Uncomfortable beds
Quite a number of guests mentioned that they found the beds to be particularly uncomfortable. While mattress firmness is, notoriously, a matter of personal preference, the reality as that at least half the comments relating to bed comfort were negative.
