The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were found to be friendly and efficient, with a fast check-in and check-out where the staff were both accommodating and friendly, providing information about the town and locality. The location is very convenient for travelers. Guests who travel with their pets appreciate that this is a pet friendly hotel. .

Rooms are clean and well equipped including very comfortable beds, and there is a very good shower in the bathroom.

Breakfast is comprehensive and free, guests comment that there is a very good variety and choice of items.

Guests were disappointed not to receive discounts, being told that they were already included in the room prices. It was felt that the hotel could be better signed to be located more easily. Some of the rooms were found to be rather small and dated and not completely clean, and to have an odor. Walls are on the thin side, meaning that one can hear guests in the neighbouring rooms.

A common complaint was that the breakfast room was not big enough to enable guests to enjoy their breakfast in comfort.

Some bedrooms were very hot as the air conditioning was not functioning well, also a shower drain was clogged. Guests felt that some rooms were damp, and musty, also that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the toilet was uncomfortably low. The television picture was of poor quality.
