You will find your unit well equipped with a TV (some units have two), sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and toiletries. If you are booked for one of the larger suites you will have a full kitchen with the whole nine-yards, which includes cookware, utensils, and a large living room. Overall, the units are clean to an acceptable standard.

The facility is close to all the attractions you will probably want to visit. It's central to the festival at Ladybird Johnson Park, the airport, main street shopping, plenty of restaurants, and vineyards fifteen-minutes away. There is also a drug store nearby. It's located off the main road too, so you won't be bothered with traffic.

As you are probably already know, it can get boiling hot in Texas. However, the hotel has a remedy right at the door. They provide a large cooler with bottled water and plenty of ice. It's something you can appreciate after coming in from the scorching heat.

The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbour's slightest sounds like normal conversation or going to the bathroom.

There seems to be issues with the TVs and remote controls at the hotel. Either the remote doesn't work properly, the TV doesn't work at all, or the signal goes on and off. The TV is the old fashioned tube variety.

There are some areas of the hotel that could use improvement and the pool is one of them. Don't be surprised if you can't use it due to green slime and other debris.
