Positive Reviews
positive:
Good range of local amenities.
With several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, you don't have to go far to find a satisfying evening meal or to stock up on necessities. Plus, you'll be within easy driving distance of both downtown Houston and the airport, as well as having direct access to the interstate.
positive:
Spacious rooms and suites.
You won't have to worry about being cramped here - this Days Inn and Suites hotel doesn't scrimp on space. All rooms come with a sofa bed, so you can easily accommodate children, and the larger suites come with multiple beds. Plus, there are desks to work at, all within a spacious layout.
positive:
Reliable, fast Wi-Fi.
Guests rate the Wi-Fi at this hotel, saying that as well as being free to use, as much as you like, it's also fast and reliable, so you shouldn't find yourself wandering around the building, trying to get connected, or waiting for pages to load. It makes it easy to get everything done online.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited parking space.
Guests say that the parking lot is not very big, so when the hotel is busy, it may well be full, and you'll have to find somewhere else to park. After a long journey, that may be a bit of an annoyance, but most guests seem to find somewhere fairly nearby without too much trouble.
negative:
Noise late at night.
There's a nightclub located across the street from the hotel, and when things wind up there in the wee hours of the morning, some guests say that there can be a lot of noise from the revelers heading home. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth requesting a room at the back of the hotel.
negative:
The decor's a bit dated.
With old-style TVs and floral coverlets, the rooms certainly recall a bygone time, and some of the furniture and room fittings are a little worn. Most things work ok, according to guests, so it really just needs some cosmetic attention to freshen it up and bring it into the modern era.
