The rooms are reported to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Guests really liked the bright, attractive décor, noting that it brightened the already lovely impression of their room. Guests also appreciated that there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Outside the room, guests really liked the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Although small, the space is clean and very well-maintained, making for a relaxing spot to hang out at when it’s sunny outside.

The hotel employs very friendly staff, who tend to be accommodating and are willing to go the extra mile to please. They’ll gladly try to fulfill any special requests or arrange shuttle service for you.

Guests said this is an excellent traveler’s hotel, because of its proximity to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. However, it’s also convenient for sightseeing. Guests say it’s really easy to get to Old Town Spring and Woodlands from the hotel. Shoppers were also delighted to be close to several malls.

There were many instances of missed housekeeping reported. It seems that the cleaning staff checks the rooms only once, so if you have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on at the time, you may get skipped over and forgotten. If you leave the room late, make sure to let the housekeepers or the front desk know so your room gets attended to.

Guests said some of the rooms tend to be noisy, especially ones located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, if you’ve requested a pet-friendly room, you will only have ground-floor options, so make sure you bring some earplugs with you as a precaution.

The breakfast is said to be pretty simple and guests say not to expect anything impressive.
