Positive Reviews
positive:
OK accommodation.
The accommodation is comfortable and the equally impressive kitchen has a very useful full-size refrigerator. It is, though, all looking somewhat dated now. It's not what you'd call spacious, but there is adequate room. Just this side of average!
positive:
A perfect setting.
The accommodation is beautifully located, close to Orchard Road and other delights, but tucked away in a nice, quiet and peaceful street. Couldn't be better, really. As you start to explore, you'll quickly discover that everyone in Singapore seems to be very friendly and polite. The place, generally, is sparkling clean.
positive:
Some good facilities.
There are only a few facilities here, but the pool is good and it's open all year. The gymnasium is good too.

Cleaners need a Singapore sling
The apartment would benefit from a more thorough cleaning regime. They miss things during the cleaning process, such as replacing teas, coffees and toiletries. Rooms have that unpleasant dank smell hanging around. They need new staff, new cleaning routines - or both. Certainly, it's time to throw out the current cleaning programme. It's not working.
negative:
Minimal food for thought.
It's fair to say that many aspects of the accommodation are minimalistic... allowing it to get a slight smile, rather than a frown. The breakfast, if you go for it, falls firmly in this category with minimal choices and quantities. Disappointing, but not bad enough to create a song and dance about!
negative:
The not so good, old days.
Beds are old and uncomfortable. So too is the sofa. Room service needs a new title, more in keeping with the minimal services provided. The bath is as old as the hills. The boiler isn't much younger and can only provide very limited amounts of hot water.
