Clean, modern rooms.
Rooms are thoroughly clean throughout and the hotel’s housekeeping crews do a wonderful job in ensuring that rooms are fresh and consumable items are replenished every day. Beds are very comfortable and should suit most preferences easily.
positive:
Recently remodeled hotel.
Courtyard Cincinnati Airport Hotel has recently undergone extensive remodeling and the hotel’s public spaces and amenities look clean and fresh. The overall look and feel of the hotel is very similar to other Courtyard hotels in the Marriott chain, with a modern and stylish overall appearance that should please most tastes.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some minor plumbing issues.
While the hotel did receive a much needed facelift recently, there are still some basic issues lurking under the skin. These include some minor plumbing issues such as slow draining tubs and basins as well as some toilets that tend to run on after being flushed.
negative:
No general free breakfast offer.
There is no free breakfast offer for standard room rates. While some packages and upgrades do include a breakfast ticket, guests booking the basic package will have to fork out some extra cash for the breakfast offer at the onsite bistro.
negative:
Thin walls, noisy when busy.
Again, similar to other hotels within this chain, thin walls do little to cover up noisy neighbors or people moving about in the hallways. Business travelers and light sleepers would do well to rather book on top floors where the noise tends to be less of an issue.
