Universities and zoos are other places closely located which guests find interesting to visit.

Guests find the rooms dated and the mattresses old. Some guests find the rooms smelly as well. Housekeeping is not prompt.

Guests have found ordering room service a terrible experience as the food arrives extremely late. Utensils and things like a wine opener are not provided as well. Some items ordered are also missing, which guests find inefficient on the part of the room service staff.

Breakfast is not complimentary and guests feel that this amenity should be included for the high amount charged.
