The reception team at this Woodbridge, VA hotel are noted for their polite, friendly and helpful attitude. This, of course, made for a great first impression among guests, who were gratified to be greeted so warmly. Additionally, many were very pleased to find that, once inside their accommodation, rooms were clean and spacious.

This property receives a high number of repeat guests, many of whom took the time to comment very positively on this property’s revamp, a point that has helped to give the building itself a more modern, contemporary feel.

Guests were very complimentary regarding this hotel’s location, which put them in close proximity of a number of area shopping and dining opportunities. Many also noted that this hotel provided for easy onward access to the Washington, D.C. area. Finally, the breakfast here has received plenty of praise, with the cinnamon rolls a particular favorite among guests.

Guests found the hallways and corridors of this hotel to be oddly and uncomfortably hot. This proved to be an annoyance for many.

This is a smoke-free facility, but in spite of this, there were multiple reports of strong smoky smells in room interiors here.

Many were unhappy to find that the Wi-Fi strength at this hotel was feeble, with guests struggling to access the network. Also, most noted that the coffee here was – just like the Wi-Fi – on the weaker side.
