They like that the bathroom is nicely divided having the sink outside and the shower and toilet inside. Guests on the third floor enjoy the views of the sunset and pool.

Guests speak highly of the customer service of the hotel. They find the staff friendly, helpful and paying great attention to detail. Guests love the lobby restaurant of the hotel and find the free Wi-Fi and free parking a plus to their stay.

Guests find the location of The Courtyard Phoenix Mesa excellent as it has easy access to a host of attractions and amenities in the city and the highways. They find plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Guests can take a stroll to museums like Arizona Museum for Youth and Arizona Museum of Natural History, the Mesa Arts Center and Sloan Park.

Guests find the pool unclean with the water being cloudy, and leaves and stuff floating on it. The smell of chlorine is also so severely strong that many guests feel their eyes burning while swimming.

Guests have faced difficulties with the bookings for rooms done online. They are allotted rooms different from what they have requested and received prior confirmation from the online sites. The staff does not honor the confirmation.
