Old-Fashioned Delight And Homeliness
The cottage complex has an old-fashioned ambiance, but in a good way. There are modern touches as well. The cottages are comfy and there’s a fire pit during the night where other visitors can chat with each other while eating s’mores. The town of Guerneville is quaint with it’s own little peculiarities. There’s a small, quaint state park with redwoods and curt trails for biking.

Unexpected Extras!
There is a small pet area at the complex. In addition, inside the cottage are additional toiletries, earplugs and an eye mask, microwave popcorn, and a broad range of coffee and teas to make your stay more comfortable.

Plenty Of Choice At Breakfast
Breakfast has a decent choice including hard boiled eggs, bagels, and various breads, pastries, and cantaloupe juice. It’s a light breakfast, but better than most average breakfast you receive at other places. For convenience, there is a brewery across the road handy for a quick bite to eat.

Oh No, It's The Noisy Road Again!
The complex is on a noisy road. If you have a hard time sleeping with the slightest noise, you won’t get any rest here. The noise does seem to get better later in the night. Don’t be surprised to hear barking dogs across the street; however, this is no fault of the cottage.

There's Actually Nothing Around
The area is somewhat deserted. There is nothing to do and no eating places within walking distance.

Staff Can Be Shady
You never know if a person is just having a bad day or not. Nonetheless, you may find the personnel at the complex shady at best. Courtesy during the day or evening is lacking and your requests might be ignored.
