Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Amarillo Downtown (Amarillo, USA)

Guests expressed that they were extremely satisfied with the high quality professional service of the staff. Despite dealing with a great number of impatient guests on a regular basis, the well-trained staff was able to maintain their overall composure.

Courtyard Amarillo Downtown is perfectly located according to guests. It is close to restaurants, bars, and other tourists’ destinations such as Rock Island Trail and American Quarter Horse Association Museum. The hotel also offers easy access to major highways, which is very convenient for guests traveling within the area.

Aside from the clean and spacious rooms, guests are also pleased with the large size of the bathrooms, and clean bedding and furnishings. The rooms also offer magnificent view of the sunrise and guests are able to witness the picturesque view of Santa Fe Building at night.

Most guests complained about the actual layout and inaccessible location of the parking area. There is no elevator provided so guests have to walk with their luggage from the parking area to their rooms. Moreover, guests are also required to present a code before registration, which is quite uncomfortable especially for guests who just want to get some rest immediately.

The noise coming from the air-conditioning units was upsetting to guests. Other guests were also concerned with the loud noise coming from nightclubs and traffic noises within the area especially at night.

Guests had some issues with the quality of the mattresses. They were quite firm and uncomfortable. Moreover, there was just a small space around the beds which made it hard for the guests to walk through.
