Comfort Suites at Lake Worth hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. Most of the hotel staff are bilingual which helps in an area where both English and Spanish are widely spoken. Staff are efficient and provide a positive service throughout the hotel with a nice, can-do attitude.

Suites are spacious and very clean throughout. Hotel cleaning staff are very diligent and display a good eye for detail, replenishing consumables including coffee, tea, toiletries and other sundries. Beds are very comfortable and would suit most preferences.

Comfort Suites at Lake Worth offers a hot buffet breakfast which is complimentary to all hotel guests. Breakfast items are varied and are fresh. Items are well-displayed in a buffet style arrangement that is very clean and very well-maintained.

Guests staying in some rooms that are closer to the parking lot may be a bit more susceptible to disruptions at night from vehicles coming and going. The same can also be said from rooms closer to the entrance, elevator and hallways where it is quite easy to hear other guests coming or going.

The hotel issued electronic keycards that open doors to suites seem to suddenly stop working for no reason and need to be reset by front desk staff. While this may not be a huge problem, it is nevertheless somewhat inconvenient.

The water pressure in en suite showers is often quite low, leading to an unsatisfactory shower experience. Along with the low water pressure, hot water is also quite erratic at times, running quite hot and then not at all, also due to water pressure issues no doubt.
