Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites Plano East (Plano, USA)

The rooms were found to be comfortable by most guests who stayed here. The beds were found to be comfortable by many guests who had a good night’s rest. The furnishings were a nice surprise to have.

The hotel was found to be in a good location by many guests who stayed here. There was a large selection of food places within walking distance and many more within driving distance. The area had plenty of shops and attractions nearby.

Guests were happy with the breakfast spread that was available in the mornings. They enjoyed the hot and cold items such as bacon, eggs and yogurt. There was also a spacious dining area to sit in.

The hotel was thought to be in need of an update by many guests who stayed here and noticed the differences. Things such as analog TV, old toilets and dirty walls did not leave a good impression on the guests.

Staff did not leave a good impression on many guests. Guests complained their stay was not very positive thanks to the indifferent treatment of the staff. They would not accommodate their requests, the check in was slow and there was not effort.

Guests complained there were too many bugs in the rooms and they were not expecting these extra guests. Some had ants while others saw roaches. They were not happy with the manner in which the rooms had these insects.
