The bus stop is located just a few steps from the hotel which makes travelling farther very easy. The hotel is also easily accessible to both the domestic and international airports.

The apartment kitchenettes are equipped with appliances such as a kettle, refrigerator, stove and microwave oven, this makes it easy to prepare or warm up meals in the privacy of your hotel room.

The hotel staff are very warm and welcoming. They will happily help you with your luggage and any special needs that you may have. The cleaning staff are friendly and efficient, and they are respectful with your belongings.

Some guests have reported that parts of the hotel show signs of wear and tear and are a little outdated. The carpets are worn in certain areas and do not smell fresh, the bed linens and towels are torn and need to be replaced. The hotel could do with new decor as some of the furniture and fittings are quite oudated.

The air-conditioning units at this hotel are quite old and so they are quite noisy and need to be replaced. Some guests have reported that their air-conditioning units were faulty or did not work at all.
