Most of those who stayed at this hotel appreciated the excellent service they have received during their visit. The staffs are very friendly and helpful without being too intrusive - something that most guests really loved.

Guests were surprised with how new everything in the hotel looked! From the lobby to the rooms, the decor are up-to-date, making guests feel like nothing could go wrong during their stay. This also ensured that everything is fully-functional, allowing guests to enjoy a stress-free stay.

Despite being located near the freeway, guests barely experienced being inconvenienced by loud traffic noise. This was great news, particularly for those guests who can’t stand being disturbed in the middle of their sleep.

There were some guests who complained of some lapses in housekeeping. They pointed out that there were some things that belonged to the previous guests, which were found in their rooms upon entering. This was discouraging, especially for those who were very particular with cleanliness.

Although there were guests who commended the breakfast served in the hotel, there were also some who were a bit dissatisfied by it. This was mainly due to the lack of variety of the dishes served. There are many restaurants nearby, though, where you can choose to dine in.

Many guests commented that the beds in each room are comfortable. However, they also noted that there seems to be a lack of space in each room. The small size of the rooms may cause inconvenience for some, especially for those who are used to staying in spacious accommodations.
