Guests frequently chose this property when they needed a place to stay before early-departing flights, or required somewhere to recuperate after just getting off their planes. They reported that the airport is just a couple of stops away when riding the metro, and they found that fact very handy.

The rates at this property are very low, and that was a relief to guests who weren't interested in spending a lot of money on their accommodations.  They remarked that staying here helps keep trip costs down.

Guests noted that this hotel is close to the Mass Rapid Transit station, which made it easy to explore other areas. Furthermore, they said there were numerous restaurants nearby, with one as near as next door to the hotel. Shopping destinations are also reachable on foot, they said.

Guests were very disappointed when they saw how small their rooms were. This downside was something they brought up almost constantly when detailing negative factors about the property, and said the cramped size made it unpleasant to be in the rooms for any longer than necessary.

Numerous issues were brought up about bothersome odours. The most common one was cigarette smoke, which was detectable in rooms as well as the lobby. However, guests also picked up on a musty, stale smell.

Guests frequently complained that their air conditioners did not cool their rooms adequately. There was also feedback given to say that even when guests changed to different rooms because their air conditioners were completely non functional, they didn't experience air conditioners that worked faultlessly.
