Central location for business and leisure.
If you're attending an event at the Convention Center, then you couldn't be in a better location than this adjoining hotel. But if you're just looking for an upmarket hotel within the easy reach of the main attractions, it's great for that too - with a free trolley to shuttle you around downtown.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Can be tricky to find.
Some guests have commented on the lack of signage on the streets close to the hotel, and a confusing parking garage system, saying that it can make getting in and out of the hotel site more stressful than it needs to be. It might be worth getting clear directions in advance - don't rely on the sat nav.
negative:
No fridge in the room.
Fridges and microwaves are not supplied as standard amenities in the rooms here, to the disappointment of some guests. Especially since there's a charge for bottled water, it would be useful to have somewhere to keep drinks. However, some mini-fridges are available on request.
negative:
Watch out fo extra charges.
Want to park you car, use the Wi-Fi, or have breakfast? Well, you'll have to pay extra, as none of these things are included within the room rate. Guests say that the charges can be quite hefty, particularly for parking, if you're staying for a few days, and it can significantly add to your biill.
