Hotel Best Western Sawtooth Inn and Suites (Jerome, USA)

The motel has easy access to the highway, Walmart is right across the road and a McDonalds is next door. The hotel has a mini-store with a great selection of beer too.

Staff is fantastic. They are attentive and welcoming. Check-in goes smoothly for the most part, and someone is always available. This budget hotel offers a first-class staff. Moreover, rooms have more than enough outlets to plug in PCs, iPhone, iPad, and more. Though the facilities are a little older, they are well maintained and the customer service makes up for the slack. At least the air conditioning is quiet and the TV offers decent channels.

Breakfast is superb! One of their specialties are eggs cooked to order with a filling of your choice. Breakfast also includes just about everything you can imagine from pancakes and waffles to biscuits with gravy. Sausages, cereals, beverages, and more is also served.

There are tip envelopes in the room and a jar in the breakfast room. It feels pushy and you may feel intimated to leave extra bucks whether you like the service or not.

The lobby has an odd odor and so does the room. If you booked a non-smoking room you may also smell smoke in the room.

You may find that the walls are so thin you can hear other visitors flushing the toilet and walking around. The shower water goes all over the floor. The design should be better in order to prevent this. There is no elevator either.
