positive:
Excellent cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.
Spotless throughout, this hotel really keeps on top of cleanliness and hygiene. The communal areas are tidy and smell fresh, while the rooms are made up each day without fail.
positive:

If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff genuinely want you to have the most enjoyable stay possible then you’ve found it. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful, so you can relax and have everything taken care of for you.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The Wi-Fi is a bit slow and needs improving.
If you are traveling for business or just want to stream a movie before nodding off for the night then you’re in for a frustrating time. The free Wi-Fi is agonizingly slow and not fit for purpose.
negative:
The free breakfast isn’t quite up to scratch.
Slow service and poor quality food are two of the things that really bring down the breakfast buffet served up here. When the hotel is busy the food and drinks just aren’t replenished quick enough.
negative:
Check your payment to make sure it’s correct.
Hampton Inn Twin Falls seems to have a recurring problem of charging guest too much, making mistakes like double charging for the room. Check your credit card or other method of payment to make sure that you have not paid too much after staying here.
