With cordial and helpful staff around, guest felt completely at home with all the help or service needed. Guests loved the easy check-in to the rooms, quick assistance and help pertaining to recommendations for restaurants, shows and shops. The guests found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable providing value for money. Convenient location with close proximity to various colleges, delicious breakfast, good sized bathrooms, pool & gym facilities makes the hotel a good choice to stay for guests.

Few guests complained about the size of rooms and indoor pool to be extremely small and not of a standard size.

Although guests loved their stay at the hotel some of them had few issues like faulty AC units, flickering overhead lights, damp smell in rooms, mold in the rooms, non-functioning key cards etc. However, these minor issues did not affect the overall experience.
