The hotel is centrally located being just a short walk away from many of the city's tourist attractions. Guests were pleased to find lots of shops and restaurants on their doorstep whilst those who wanted to explore other parts of the city could take advantage of the hotel's complimentary car service.

Guests complimented the overall decor of the communal areas especially the hotel's lobby which was described as grand and elegant. Many enjoyed spending time in the stylishly-appointed coffee shop which features open fire places whilst those who visited the on-site restaurant said that the ambiance and decor of the facility added to the enjoyment of their dining experience. .

The leisure facilities at the hotel have been highly praised by many of the guests, most notably the on-site spa and the fitness center. Those who had massages and facials said that their treatments were carried out by professional and knowledgeable staff whilst guests who visited the gym remarked that the facility was clean and modern with up-to-date equipment. .

The standard-type rooms have been described as being small and cramped with guests objecting to having very little space to move around. The bathrooms were also said to be compact and lacking counter tops where guests could place their toiletries. .

Some guests objected to the air-conditioning units being switched off and said that as a result their rooms felt rather hot. Many were reluctant to open their windows due to outside noise. .

Guests who wanted to use the internet form their rooms said that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and therefore many had to take their device nearer to the reception area in order to connect. .
