Guests were generally very satisfied with the hotel's employees. They said the workers were very pleasant to deal with, and quite accommodating. Even when problems arose, staff members dealt with them swiftly and cheerfully.

While reviewing the property, many guests specifically stated that they had already made plans to use this hotel again, or that they would at least be willing to entertain that possibility in the future. Some even said this was the property they always use when traveling to this region.

Guests appreciated that there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Furthermore, guests said they loved how easy it was to get around while staying here. Most of the things they wanted to reach were accessible within a short drive, which made exploring very convenient.

Guests complained that there were many minor issues that caused them to have an impression of the hotel that was not as high as it would have been otherwise. For example, some guests had dirty carpets, doors that didn't open and close smoothly or shut firmly and cigarette burns in the room's fabrics.

Many guests reported that they had showers that weren't completely dysfunctional, but had major problems. Some had leaks or parts that were visibly broken. Most of the time, guests just coped with what was there, but some decided to raise their concerns with staff members.
