There are multiple choices for lunch and dinner within walking distance from the hotel, and as well as grocery and drug stores within a couple of blocks away. The towels in the bathroom were old and raggedy, and there was not a bar of soap in the room. The body wash had two squirts left in it before it was empty. Moreover, the shower water pressure is not very strong.

The strong smell of cigarettes was the first thing that will hit you when you enter the room. However, you can try to air the smell out by leaving the window open and ask the staff to put air fresheners.

Although they are professional at what they do, some of the travelers noted how 'customer service' seems an unknown concept for some staffs. They will readily perform any request from a guest, but you hardly hear them greet merrily or see them smile at times.
