Most guests admired the quality assistance shown by the staff. They went above and beyond just to fix the issues faced by guests, and were quick to respond to requests for room transfers. Moreover, they were courteous and generous enough in giving discounts.

According to guests, the hotel has a perfect location- just near famous restaurants, movie theaters, shopping areas, grocery stores, and tourists spots such as Great Lakes Landscape. Thus, guests were able to enjoy visiting all major establishments and destination within Youngstown area efficiently.

Guests were extremely pleased with the high quality mattresses and pillows provided inside the rooms. There were no bedbugs found, and the beds were clean and comfortable which helped them sleep properly at night.

The high level of noise from the alarms within the hotel, conversations from the other rooms, banging of doors, and traffic noises were some of the main reasons why guests had difficulty sleeping. Therefore, guests are advised to wear earplugs for comfort.

Most guests were disappointed with the breakfast served each day. It lacked variety since most of the selection was rich in carbohydrates such as toasts and sweet pastries. Moreover, the waffle mix was a ‘do-it-yourself’ type so most guests had to prepare the waffles themselves.

Since the hallway and rooms smelled like smoke despite efforts to sanitize and being in a non-smoking area, most guests were upset and had no choice but to request to be transferred to a different room. The odor was so strong that guests had to open the exhaust fan with hopes to somehow lessen the disgusting odor.
