Negative Reviews
negative:
Ready for Remodeling
The rooms, though clean, could use an update, especially the outdated décor. The water-saving shower needs to be improved – guests often complain about poor water pressure and inconsistent shower temperature. The air conditioners are also a problem – guests say they’re noisy and don’t always stay on. Fortunately, hotel management says remodeling is already planned.
negative:
Confusing Directions
Make sure you study your route before you go. Guests say the entrance to the hotel can be hard to find, and even the GPS doesn’t always provide correct directions. You may find yourself driving around the block before you enter the lot.
negative:
Noise Issues
Pack your earplugs. Noise from next-door neighbors and the nearby freeway can be a problem in the rooms. Some rooms are better than others though.
