There are some people who seem to have a natural talent for hospitality. Happily, this hotel’s front desk is blessed with just such people, as many satisfied visitors have found out. Truly top-class hospitality here.

Beds are very comfy
It has to be said that the hotel’s investment in high-quality Serta beds, along with its policy of equipping each rooms with high-end bedding, ensures you’re in line to benefit from a very good night’s sleep here. Lovely.

Interior corridors are most welcome
Guests who have stayed at other Red Roof hotels will know that most of the properties within the company’s portfolio have motel-style exterior walkways. Happily, the Red Roof Inn Boardman omits this trend and goes for an entirely interior layout instead: and it’s much the better for it.

Hotel doesn’t offer breakfast
You get a free coffee (or tea) here in the morning but that’s it. Fortunately, there are a few chain restaurants and fast-food places nearby which are pretty adept at whipping up a decent morning meal.

100% smoke-free?
Like many of its other properties, Red Roof maintains that all of the accommodations in this hotel are 100% smoke-free. And, like many of its other properties, a significant number of the rooms here retain the unmistakable odor of smoke. Perhaps 100% is a little ambitious..?

Complaints don’t detract from overall experience
If you can handle the issues related to (some) >100% smoke-free rooms, and don’t mind having to go hunt for a breakfast in the morning then chances are you’ll probably enjoy your time here as, when all’s said and done, this hotel actually has quite a bit going for it.
