Hotel Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners (Norcross, USA)

A remarkable number of guests reported that the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Considering the fact that there were very few complaints indeed, it seems reasonable to conclude that the hotel has managed to select a mattress with truly broad appeal.

One of the very first things many guests said in their reviews was that both their rooms and the public areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. They clearly thought that housekeeping had done an excellent job.

Many guests were happy to report that their room was a relative haven of peace and quiet. Despite the proximity to some busy roads, guests did not find that there was a great deal of street or other noise that could be heard in the rooms.

A number of guests were upset to discover that breakfast was not included in the room rate. They seemed to feel that many other hotels in this category do include at least a simple breakfast and were upset that this one did not.

There were far too many complaints about rude staff members for comfort. While the staff at the Bistro came in for the most criticism, guests did have run-ins with other staff members as well.

Guests mentioned that there was only one elevator installed for the entire hotel. They felt that this was not sufficient for the size of hotel and the number of guests, resulting in long waits after the elevator had been summoned.
