The rooms are cleaned thoroughly by the housekeeping staff, and you’ll find that there’s not a bit of dirt to be found anywhere. The beds are also quite comfy, and you’ll be sure of a great night’s rest at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is nice and peaceful as trees surround it. But you’ll find that the neighborhood is full of places to eat, and there’s plenty of shopping opportunities just a short walk away.

The breakfast each morning is well planned and includes some great hot and cold options that are sure to satisfy you. The staff in the dining area are pleasant and enjoy chatting with guests making for a friendly atmosphere first thing in the morning.

Guests have repeatedly found minor issues in the rooms at this hotel. Things such as clogged drains, loose wires, and other things that are general wear and tear problems. These could all be dealt with easily and shouldn’t have to be reported by the guests.

While some of the front desk staff are pleasant enough, there have been quite a few instances where guests have felt that they were either spoken to rudely or their requests fell on deaf ears. Perhaps a refresher course in customer service is in order at this hotel.

This hotel was refurbished in recent years, but the guests that have stayed here since have noted that the work carried out was poorly done. The rooms don’t feel like they have ever been remodeled, and the public areas aren’t in great shape at all.
