Previous guests have been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff and feel that they go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

During the afternoon there is a wine reception and guests have enjoyed sampling local wines in a pretty setting. Guests staying in the Inn have been impressed by the fresh flowers and robes available to them. The accommodation is known for its free cookies, which are presented on arrival along with a glass of wine. Wi-Fi is very reliable in the property.

The food has received many compliments from previous guests and this includes both the breakfast offerings and the dinners available. Portions are hearty and extremely tasty. Guests have also stated that they have been given a small credit to spend in the restaurant as a little bonus on arrival. Branded products are also available in the on-site gift shop.

Some guests stated that in places the accommodation is in need of a refurbishment as it is starting to become worn, however there are unconfirmed reports that renovations are underway and that some rooms have already been renovated.

Some guests have described the hotel as being super-clean whilst others have been disappointed with this area.

There have been a handful of reviews where guests have complained about the width of the car parking spaces, both standard and disabled spaces. This has made pulling into them challenging and then being able to comfortably get out with luggage hasn't always been possible.
