Whether you are attending a wedding or in town for a vacation, the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. They have a great attitude towards their guests and make everyone feel welcome and at home. If you have any problems, just ask for help, and they will happily oblige.

If you are attending an event at the convention center, then this is the ideal base for you. You don't even have to set foot outside as there is an underground concourse that leads from the hotel to the center. You're also right in the heart of the city with plenty of things to do nearby.

The rooms at the hotel are well-equipped with the comforts of home such as a TV with good channels and a very nice bathroom with free toiletries. If you get a suite, you can also have a microwave and a fridge in your room.

The hotel has seen better days with certain areas showing their age. There are a few loose tiles and some peeling paint to be seen and the furniture could be in better condition. This hotel needs an update to modern standards.

Guests have mentioned that you should pack your earplugs if staying at this hotel as there is a chance you will be kept awake by your neighbors. The walls are so thin that some have had to ask other rooms to turn the volume on the TV down.

There have been some guests that have had to make complaints about other guests being too noisy in the halls or other rooms. They felt that the security staff made very little difference to the situation.
