All management and staff are polite and friendly; keen to ensure that you are happy here and that you have all the info needed regarding attractions and best value places to eat.

Rooms are clean and well maintained and some of those common hotel complaints just don't exist! The TV has lots of channels and a clear picture and the WiFi signal is strong and reliable. Check in (and out) is quick and efficient and the place is very easy to find off the interstate.

Breakfast is much better than the average 'free' breakfast and is nicely prepared and presented. Beds are comfortable and the noise factor doesn't deserve a mention; certainly it's no worse than the average hotel.

It's not an unpleasant smell but when there's an overpowering deodorizer type 'pong' on entering the room, you wonder what it's covering up! Probably the previous guest's pet cat! Rooms are on the small side and recent renovations obviously excluded any sound insulation. There's no fan in the bathroom and floorboards throughout, are noise magnets.

It's not a laundry facility but one washer and one dryer for use by all the guests. Consequently, it's over subscribed and can monopolize the guests' leisure time; particularly workers who need clean clothing for the following day.

If you have a hankering for the cheapest, nastiest, coffee and stale doughnuts, this is the place for you!
