One of the first things guests noticed when walking into their rooms for the first time was how clean they were. It was very, very rare to find a cleanliness complaint, with the overwhelming majority of guests giving the housekeeping staff two thumbs up.

They said that they offered them a arm welcome and had the sort of friendly but professional attitude that made them easy to approach with a question or concern. Guests also said that they were exceptionally helpful, and often went “above and beyond”.

Guests mentioned that the Pierce Arrow Theater is right across the street, resulting in some noise at night when the shows come out. Those hoping for an early night might be disappointed.
