The Hotel 1929 is situated on a popular street in the Chinatown district, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is easy for you to access local transportation as the subway is a mere five minute walk away. Taxi's and buses are also available.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, they continually check up on you and offer assistance wherever it is needed. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Some guests reported that the staff were happy to carry their luggage for them.

The Hotel 1929 is situated on a lovely and popular street in Chinatown, the building itself has been well-maintained and features lovely architectural aspects. The inside of the hotel is beautifully furnished and modern with light and airy guest rooms.

Some guests have reported that their rooms were very small and unsatisfactory. You have to store your luggage under the bed as there is not enough floor-space for it. There are no closets in he rooms, just hangers hanging on a hook. The toilet is in the shower cubicle and so the toilet gets wet as you shower.

Some guests were unable to get a good nights' rest at the hotel due to the high noise levels outside. Unfortunately the cleaning staff are quite loud and so some guests were woke up by them. The great location of the hotel also means that it is on a noisy street as there are a lot of traffic and noisy bars and restaurants.

Although most guests reported a pleasant stay, some guests reported that they were not happy with the breakfast offered by the hotel. Some guests felt that there was not enough variety available and others felt the the breakfast was too oily. Some also felt that the breakfast was quite expensive considering the quality thereof.
