Holiday Inn O'Hare Area, an IHG Hotel (Chicago, USA)

Despite being an airport hotel, it is fairly simply to get to other places in Chicago since there is a subway stop next to the hotel. Visitors note that they were able to get around with ease by using the subway, but still be close to airport.

Guests say the hotel's on-site restaurant, Bar Louie, serves up some delicious food which can be welcome news if you're tired from traveling and don't feel like leaving the hotel. The restaurant also serves food past midnight in case you arrive late.

You might be weary from flying, but guests say the staff understands this and does try its best to accommodate you. Visitors also say the employees were friendly and courteous as well.

Guests say rooms would have stains in different places that was not particularly pleasant to find. Carpets, bedding and furnishing in some of the rooms at the hotel had stains in them according to visitors.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms, but guests point out that actually finding the signal to use it can be difficult. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property including the lobby which has a stronger signal according to visitors.

While the hotel does offer a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle, guests point out that it doesn't always stick to its schedule. It is suppose to leave every 45-minutes, but visitors note it can be late arriving and/or leaving the hotel.
