Several reviews make mention of the excellent location that guests are placed in when staying at this hotel. Just a couple minutes’ away guests can enjoy several fine restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment in downtown Kamloops or travel just a few miles to the Thompson Rivers University.

The well-equipped rooms at this hotel have been the subject of much praise among guests. In-room Wi-Fi is a big hit as well as the comfortable beds available. Reviews especially boast about the size and comfort of the rooms which has contributed largely to guest satisfaction.

Some guests have been bothered by the ongoing sounds of some of the hotel features near guest rooms. Reviews recommend that hotel management improve sound-proofing efforts, particularly for rooms close to noise, such as those near the laundry room, as some guests have found it difficult to ignore.
