The pool area at this hotel is quite unique, as it is surrounded by tropical plants and looks like an atrium. Guests have enjoyed spending time in this pool area, as it provides a relaxing area in which to spend the day. It is possible to eat and order drinks by the pool area, as well.

Many guests have mentioned that this property is kept extremely clean. This helped guests to have a comfortable stay at the hotel, as everything from the bedding to the floor to the bathrooms is in good shape and well maintained.

Past guests have complaints that there is a fair amount of noise that comes from the highway that runs just behind this hotel. This made it difficult for guests who had rooms on that side of the hotel to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel sits in the Aberdeen area of Kamloops, which is up on a large hill on the outskirts of town. Guests who wanted to explore the downtown area, therefore, did not like its location.
