Troubles with the TV channels
A number of guests had some issues with the TV channels in their room. Firstly, they mentioned that there was only a limited selection, with not many premium channels being available. Secondly, they reported that the on screen TV guide was quite confusing and didn’t seem to be organized very well.

Beds too high off the ground
A curious compliant that came up was that the beds were a bit too high off the ground. Some guests, especially if not very tall, felt awkward getting into and out of them, feeling they were in a room made for giants.
negative:
Gym not very well equipped
A number of guests, who had wanted to get in a good workout, complained that the fitness center was not very well-equipped. It seemed to lack even basic machines like exercise bicycles.
