If you enjoy being close to all the action, you will appreciate that guests had positive things to say about the hotel being conveniently located near plenty of area points of interest and attractions.

For the most part, customer service has been said to be excellent. Most guests appreciated the fact that hotel staff members were so friendly during the course of their visits and said they found them pleasant and eager to assist, including with helpful advice about things to do in the area.

It was mentioned by a number of guests that the breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety. One of the top complaints about breakfast from visitors was that the breakfast area itself is very small and many guests said it became too crowded and there was not enough seating, forcing people to have to wait to dine.

There were several remarks about some of the rooms being very small in size.
