Great atmosphere in the little pub
If you enjoy a good beer then this is what many guests are talking about at the Gwesty Minffordd Hotel. The pub is known for its great drinks and speciality cocktails, including the special beer recipe, but guests tend to stay there for the great atmosphere too.

Amazing dinner menu
For those who value a wonderfully set out menu, and great presentation, then the cuisine at this hotel will be impressive. Guests have commented on the fact that each evening they would try a different dish, and each time it would be delicious.
positive:
Crisp and clean
Most visitors report a feeling of cleanliness throughout the Gwesty Minffordd Hotel. Gardens are well kept and rooms are pristine. Even the beds are super comfortable, and guests have an overall feeling of relaxation by the end of the vacation.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi signal
The Wi-Fi has attracted some negative comments by guests who did not happen to bring their own Internet cable with. Many have struggled to get a strong connection, and to add insult to injury it has been reported that the cell phone signal is not much better either.
negative:
Owner not all that friendly
A few visitors have felt quite awkward at check in, as well as check out, about the unfriendly nature of the owner. There have not been the expected smiles and warm welcome that most guests have come to expect. Nonetheless, the surrounding beauty did tend to make up for the lack of warmth at the start.
negative:
Small, but cozy rooms
Although the rooms are well taken care of from the housekeeping staff, some of the guest rooms are a little on the small side for a family to move around in. The bathrooms are also a bit of a tight squeeze for the larger adult to get in and out of.
